DUBAI: Saudi Arabia and its coalition partners predicted a quick victory when they launched a military intervention in Yemen in 2015 to support the ousted government. But more than three-and-a-half years later the Houthi rebels remain undefeated and the conflict is a quagmire that has set off a major humanitarian crisis.
